Protect the underside of your vehicle before corrosion has a chance to take hold.

The GT Collective's lanolin-based undercarriage preservation service is designed for drivers who want more than a clean exterior. Road salt, moisture, coastal air, and seasonal grime can quietly attack the most overlooked part of your vehicle: the underside.

Our treatment uses a lanolin-based protective coating that creeps into seams, frame areas, suspension components, and hard-to-reach surfaces to help reduce corrosion exposure and preserve your vehicle for the road ahead.

Protect Your Vehicle
Our flat-rate pricing is designed to keep the process simple and transparent for most vehicles. Vehicles with excessive mud, heavy grease, severe rust scale, aftermarket modifications, unusually complex underbody access, or prior coatings that interfere with application may require an inspection before service. If additional preparation is needed, we will explain it clearly before any work begins.

Built for people who want to preserve what they drive.

Good fit for

  • Daily drivers exposed to rain, road salt, and winter conditions
  • Trucks and SUVs
  • Classic and enthusiast vehicles
  • Vehicles kept long-term
  • Coastal or rural driving environments
  • Customers who value preservation, not just appearance

What this service is not

  • It is not structural rust repair
  • It does not reverse existing corrosion
  • It is not a permanent lifetime coating
  • It is not a substitute for repairing damaged metal
  • It is a preservation treatment designed to help reduce future corrosion exposure

Clear answers before anything goes on the vehicle.

Is this the same as traditional rubberized undercoating?
No. Lanolin-based undercarriage protection is different from hard rubberized coatings. It remains flexible and is designed to creep into seams and hard-to-reach areas rather than forming a hard shell over the surface.
Will this fix existing rust?
No. This service is designed to help slow corrosion exposure and preserve the underside of the vehicle. It does not repair structural rust or reverse existing corrosion.
How often should it be applied?
For most vehicles, we recommend an inspection and refresh every two years, especially before winter or after repeated road-salt seasons.
Will it drip?
Some minor weeping or transfer may occur shortly after application, especially in warmer weather or where excess product collects. We apply the product carefully to reduce unnecessary mess while still achieving useful coverage.
Is there a strong smell?
Lanolin-based coatings may have a mild odor after application, especially during the first few days. This typically fades with time and use.
Do you charge more for trucks or SUVs?
Our standard service is offered at a flat rate for most vehicles. If a vehicle requires unusual preparation, excessive mud removal, heavy rust scale cleaning, or special access work, we will review that before service.

Built by
Mike Zanni

U.S. Navy Veteran Husband & Father Craftsman Founder
"I did not build this to be just another service business. I built it because I believe the details matter: in vehicles, in coffee, and in how we show up for the people we serve."

The GT Collective was born from a transition: from military service to something new, but no less deliberate. After retiring from the Navy, I wanted to build something rooted in the same values: precision, integrity, and care.

Every vehicle we detail, every bag of coffee we ship, and every customer we serve comes from that same place: the belief that the journey deserves attention.
